I designed this logo identity for a multi-million dollar development project that seeks to re-imagine the visitor experience to the Charlestown Navy Yard which is located in Boston National Historical Park. It is used by the National Park Service in planning documents, a website, popup signage, and other public outreach materials. The anchor symbol, designed in Illustrator, was based off of a large anchor that is on display within the Navy Yard. Bold, san-serif type, and customized thicknesses of elements within the anchor icon were used to ensure legibility at any scale.

Two logo variations were created. One includes the website url for use on print documents when desired.
